I came in for a rear brake light bulb. Lady in service asked I had an appointment I said no, and then I go in to let parts know that I need a light bulb for my ml350 and she goes oh we have the same truck asked I had an appointment I said no, and then I go in to let parts know that I need a light bulb for my ml350 and she goes oh we have the same truck I’ll bring it. It took forever to fix a simple lift bulb and than the lady told me she had a customer on hold for 30 min I don’t care about that ! Service was purely horrible! More
