I have been to this dealership many times. Living over two hours away is nothing for the great service that Denise has given us. She always is willing to go the extra mile and in a prior email to her thanking her, I was glad and quick to thank her for the service. In many dealers, you buy a car and they seem to think after that you are just a number and income to them, at Tri Star you are more, you become family once you pull into the lot. Denise and the entire store have been great to deal with and am very glad there is a dealer out there that still takes the time to make the sale great even AFTER the sale! More
