This is the most shady Mercedes dealership I have ever done business with. I bought a new vehicle from them and I had another on order. They are not trustworthy. Make sure you get everything in writing especially if you are ordering a vehicle. If you are even considering trading in a vehicle, don’t bother. Alvin (used car manager) will make an offer but there is a good chance he will change his mind. The salespeople will agree to things (such as Don) when they haven’t got approval. The GM and new car manager are nowhere to be found or don’t care and just pawn it off on the used car sales manager. I asked to speak with the GM and Alvin said he wasn’t interested. Who does that?? I can’t urge you strongly enough - please - buy a Mercedes somewhere else - even if it is out of town. This is not a well-run dealership. I emailed the GM (Joe) directly. He responded that he was out of the office so he’d get back to me tomorrow…Wow. Run, don’t walk, somewhere else. Now I am waiting for them to refund my deposit...I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well. More

There is about one person at this dealership even worth talking to. However, this was my first car buying experience for a Mercedes Benz and it was indeed my worst car buying experience. For starter talking to. However, this was my first car buying experience for a Mercedes Benz and it was indeed my worst car buying experience. For starters, I caught the salesman in multiple lies. 1. I called and stated the there is a vehicle on line I am interested in buying. He proceeds to tell me the 2023 GLC Coupe are not out yet. I reiterated that the 2023s are out, I’ve talked to other dealerships. I go to the dealership and see the exact car. He proceeds to tell me @oh it can be here in a day or two”. Fast forward, it was the car I purchased. (First lie) 2. I made one request to have a red bow on the far, the car salesman said that’s an easy request. The car did not have a red bow on it the day I purchased the car. (Second lie) 3. The people here are predatory and will do anything to make a sale. The sales person promised me a “Mercedes box”. Do you think I received it? No I did not receive it. (Third lie). 4. My titling paperwork was wrong. I contact the titling department and unbeknownst to me she has no clue as to what I am referencing. At that point I asked to speak to general manager because I was fed up with all the lies, inconsistencies and lack of integrity from this dealership. Of course, I was told the general manager was not in. I was then transferred to a “sales manager” after I specifically requested the GM. Fast forward, I decided to send the GM an email, requesting to speak with him regarding my car buying and titling experience. Do you think he even responded to the email? No. He instead, had the same “sales manager” I refused to speak to , called me back requesting to speak. UNBELIEVABLE. I will never recommend this dealership. My first Mercedes benz purchase was the worst car buying experience ever. And I end this review with: my salesman is privately sending wheels and tinting referrals elsewhere. I have the text message to prove it. He advises me to go a certain Window tint place that can do a cheap job even after I insisted that I want to stay within my warranty and go to Mercedes dealership. I am beyond disgusted with the sales team and leadership at this dealership. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this dealership. I will be contacting corporate since this dealership is avoiding me like a plague and do not care about its customers. More
