I just purchased my Mercedes-Benz C300 Sedan today and Dewey Sims was my Sales Associate. I appreciate Mr. Sims patience, calm demeanor, and overall knowledge of the vehicle I purchased. I first met Mr. Sims in December 2011 and was inquiring on the right vehicle to purchase and he immediately took the time to speak and educate me and my family on the Mercedes-Benz legacy. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle it really sparked my interest in making a purchase. Despite the fact that it took me almost a year to make the actual purchase I appreciate that Mr. Sims was very patient with me and never forgot me and kept me well informed about upcoming sales and incentives. I am extremely pleased with Mr. Sims and his Sales Manager's customer service skills and would definitely come back to the Mercedes-Benz of St. Clair Shores. I am so excited about my recent purchase!
