My vehicle was recently purchached as Used and is still under warantee. I called and scheduled an appt to come in so the vehicle could be looked at., etc. Erv ensured my vehicle was examined bumper to bum under warantee. We feel totally confident when we bring our vehicle to Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Our car is in great hands. Dean, the Service Advisor, did a wonderful job of educating us on what services are coming Mercedes Benz of St. Charles. Our car is in great hands. Dean, the Service Advisor, did a wonderful job of educating us on what services are coming up and the associated approximate costs for them. We are so grateful and feel like we can plan forward appropriately. We are very grateful for Dean's customer service and the dealership overall. Our only comment for improvement was the wait (40 minutes) between arrival for service and meeting with a Service Advisor. With that being said, it is a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere to be in while waiting. The lounge is a wonderful, clean space with a news channel on the tv and a beverage counter too. Thank you! I was very pleased with the repairs. I would have liked to receive a call from service dept, indicating what was wrong with the vehicle & when to expect it to be ready for pickup. Hello Joann - overall a fairly good experience, a mior snafu due to Erv being n vacation. With a qualitative twist, my experience could have been even more enjoyable.
