Starting to Sound Like A Broken Record Never thought it would be possible to "like" going to get your car serviced - but the folks here manage to make that statement possible. Service is great, always courteous, not enough they can do to make sure you understand the work being performed as well as timing it will take to do it. My car is nearing 130,000 miles and I really believe it will easily go 100,000 more. The team of Erv / Hector are rock stars of car service. I have owned many different makes and models of cars over the years and I can honestly say the car and the service at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles is THE reason I will stay a Mercedes owner. This last service visit they walked me through all of the repairs and explained them in a manner I understood - which is always appreciated. I highly recommend giving these folks a call. More
