Erv pulled up in a C class vehicle and, upon consideration of my height and the horrendous weather, asked if I'd be ok in it. I didn't think I would and he changed it to the large SUV. Felt very safe driving the loaner while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. That small yet thoughtful question from Erv made my day! Of course, my own car, after being serviced, is good to go for another year. More
Positive Service Experience I had a check engine indicator light come on and the service department took me in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. The technician did all I had a check engine indicator light come on and the service department took me in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. The technician did all of the diagnostics and found everything to be normal, so he cleared the code. He then explained to me what he had done and said that if the light should come on again to bring the car back in for further evaluation. Very efficient service and a positive experience. More

I contacted the general manager Craig Falkenthal and he spoke to service, they set up a time for us to bring in the vehicle. They provided a loaner and handled the repairs. We are very pleased and will be customer for a long time. Dean Pontrelli in service was great, very professional , made sure we were satisfied and happy with the results. My wife and I are very happy with the service experience. More
