Mark Matuszewski knows my car better than I do and he makes sure that it is always fully serviced. As usual, Bill was very accommodating, saw that I had a loaner to use while my C300 was in the shop for a few days, and kept me informed of the progress of the repair work. Getting through to your service department was very challenging to say the least. My initial call was not even answered. I tried back later and reached what I later learned is your central answering operator who initially transferred me to the wrong Resnick dealership. That service advisor then transferred me to the proper location and I was finally able to get the repair work initiated. If it had not been for good past experiences with this dealership, I would have gone elsewhere for my service. My car was disabled and had to be towed in. The tow hook was still attached to the rear bumper when I picked up the car! More

They didn't reset my clock etc., when the shut down the system on the car. #2 I CANNOT GET THE SUNROOF TO OPEN> cannot find if they put it in a lock mode, etc., can someone PLEASE CALL to walk me through getting it to open.
