Perfect from start to finish I purchased my 2016 E350 at a different dealership and have had disappointment after disappointment from the dealership. The car is GREAT. Top-Notch, Expeditious, Friendly I brought my car in for a check-up. Staff greeted me immediately and gave me a loaner. Erv promised to have my car ready by 2:00.
