Hands down, the BEST experience I could ask for! I had my Toyota totaled the day before visiting Mercedes Benz of Spokane. Buying a new car was NOT in my plans and was an unfortunate necessity. He listened to my story of what brought me in and was truly empathetic for my situation. He was able to get me into the car I came to see at the price I wanted. With everything going on in my life, Robert again went above to put a bow on my new car for me to make it extra special. I cannot sing his praises loud enough!
