When I need a new car, I typically buy a used one. I like high end, little used, cars but don't have the stomach for the high end prices when new. I was all set to buy a very low mileage CLK 350 from a like high end, little used, cars but don't have the stomach for the high end prices when new. I was all set to buy a very low mileage CLK 350 from a Speciality dealer in PA but at the last minute looked at the inventory at this dealer and saw the same car w/10K less mileage (4 years old, 17,000 miles). I called them, got Bob, and it seemed to me that he dropped everything to help me. The car was absolutly spotless and priced pretty fairly. After minor, painless haggling, I bought it. I've purchased a lot of car over my 64 years but I can truthfully say that the face of this dealer, Bob Hahn, was extraordinary. I'm a big picture guy and I'll figure out how to use something when I need to but Bob persevered and explained every detail of this really nice car, which I promptly forgot but will figure it out when I need it. While the dealer is 200 miles from home, I'd be crazy to ever buy a MB anywhere else. Thanks again, Bob. More
