I was given estimate for repair of $11k never heard another word about price till I was picking up and found out they billed my insurance co $18k for a car that was worth$16k. It's been back 5 times in another word about price till I was picking up and found out they billed my insurance co $18k for a car that was worth$16k. It's been back 5 times in 5 months . Car would have been totaled if I was advised of repair costs. I've hired attorney. This is very bad experience and when its over I'll never set foot into dealership and will bad mouth every chance I get. More

My most recent purchases, made in the past two months, were a new S400 Hybrid and a still-new (left over) coupe. Never have I been dealt with in any way other than with the greatest respect and professionalism... a well-trained and dedicated team of professionals, foremost among them being the best imaginable sales associate, Syed Shariff.
