We had planned our purchase over a few months. We got Maria A to find the GL 350 Bluetec in inventory that matched our desired features list. Maria A was extremely good through-out the process. The Business Manager, the Sales Manager were all exceptional to prepare and sign-off on the deal. Two tiny tips - 1)for these SUVs, there is not much to negotiate with price; 2) buying a feature from the dealership will be approximately 1.5 more expensive from listed price. I would certainly recommend this dealership and salesperson! More
I went to this dealer to look at a used s class. Everyone was friendly but as soon as they learned my credit score the whole situation turned very high pressure. I felt extremely uncomfortable. This is not the kind of atmosphere I would expect when buying a luxury automobile. I ended up walking away and when I did everyone was visibly let down and I was stuck sitting and waiting at the front of the dealership for my car to be brought back around to the front. Towards the end of the negotiation they even brought out a saleswoman who I suspect was their "closer" to try and help seal the deal. Awkward. I had done extensive research on the car and knew I was offering a fair price. They knew it too because they called me the next morning and accepted my offer. I said I would call them back but instead I went online and bought the same car for cheaper from a dealership 200 miles away...it's getting delivered this weekend. I've bought an Audi a6, a mb e class, and a range rover hse in the past 6 years from different dealers around Orlando and this experience was definitely the most high pressure sales pitch I had encountered. I was given estimate for repair of $11k never heard another word about price till I was picking up and found out they billed my insurance co $18k for a car that was worth$16k. It's been back 5 times in another word about price till I was picking up and found out they billed my insurance co $18k for a car that was worth$16k. It's been back 5 times in 5 months . Car would have been totaled if I was advised of repair costs. I've hired attorney. This is very bad experience and when its over I'll never set foot into dealership and will bad mouth every chance I get. More

My most recent purchases, made in the past two months, were a new S400 Hybrid and a still-new (left over) coupe. Never have I been dealt with in any way other than with the greatest respect and professionalism... a well-trained and dedicated team of professionals, foremost among them being the best imaginable sales associate, Syed Shariff.
