The experience at the dealership was amazing. Our salesperson Maria was great throughout the whole transaction. She did a great job explaining every detail. Extremely poor experience at Mercedes Benz of South Orlando! First every time I call I get voice mail and it takes forever to get a return call. Second I had my car towed to Mercedes because the key Orlando! First every time I call I get voice mail and it takes forever to get a return call. Second I had my car towed to Mercedes because the key would not turn. They told me they would just order a new key and go from there. The key was the problem($290.09) so they did not perform any maintence on my vehicle. When I picked up the car they charged me 10% (24.90) for haz. waste disposal. They did not even look at the car much less dispose of anything. I call Alex the manager of parts & service all he would do is quote me the state law regarding haz. waste disposal. I find this to be extremely ridiculous, when all they did was order a key. He was not willing to do anything for this reason I will NEVER recommend, service or buy a car from Mercedes of South Orlando!!!!! More

We had planned our purchase over a few months. We got Maria A to find the GL 350 Bluetec in inventory that matched our desired features list. Maria A was extremely good through-out the process. The Business Manager, the Sales Manager were all exceptional to prepare and sign-off on the deal. Two tiny tips - 1)for these SUVs, there is not much to negotiate with price; 2) buying a feature from the dealership will be approximately 1.5 more expensive from listed price. I would certainly recommend this dealership and salesperson! More
I went to this dealer to look at a used s class. Everyone was friendly but as soon as they learned my credit score the whole situation turned very high pressure. I felt extremely uncomfortable. This is not the kind of atmosphere I would expect when buying a luxury automobile. I ended up walking away and when I did everyone was visibly let down and I was stuck sitting and waiting at the front of the dealership for my car to be brought back around to the front. Towards the end of the negotiation they even brought out a saleswoman who I suspect was their "closer" to try and help seal the deal. Awkward. I had done extensive research on the car and knew I was offering a fair price. They knew it too because they called me the next morning and accepted my offer. I said I would call them back but instead I went online and bought the same car for cheaper from a dealership 200 miles away...it's getting delivered this weekend. I've bought an Audi a6, a mb e class, and a range rover hse in the past 6 years from different dealers around Orlando and this experience was definitely the most high pressure sales pitch I had encountered. More
