Service is beyond horrible I leased my Mercedes two years ago from MBSO and purchased both the preventative maintenance package and Tire and Wheel protection. EVERY time I went I leased my Mercedes two years ago from MBSO and purchased both the preventative maintenance package and Tire and Wheel protection. EVERY time I went to MBSO for service they tried to CHARGE me for these items I already purchased and I had to prove to them by my husband taking a picture of our original paperwork that I already paid this exact dealership for both services. It wasn't until I called Mercedes corporate that I finally got this resolved (5th time in for service). This dealership is SHADY. Richard, the Service Manager is rude and does not care if you have an issue with their service. I can't understand why he is still there. Imagine how many other people pay for maintenance at time of purchase and still pay the bill handed to them post service! This dealership needs to be audited by Mercedes! Crooks! More

Had a verbal contract on a used Ford Raptor, paid a $2000 deposit Buyers beware...Had a terrible experience with Mercedes Benz of South Orlando today. Had a verbal contract on a used Ford Raptor, paid a $2000 deposit and was called a few hours later to say they were no longer going to honor the deal. Worst part was not the broken contract, rather the way we were treated when we went to Mercedes to try and discuss the situation in person. When we arrived, I asked to have a meeting with the General Manager, Dominic Ford. I wanted to ensure he was aware of the deal that was made and how it was broken. After all, the owner, Ruben Santiago claims in his latest commercial that guests will be treated to "VIP Service and Nothing Else". That said, Mr. Ford said he sells 300 cars a month and he didn't need our business. He was arrogant, threatening and hostile in front of my mother and my two teenage kids. Mr. Santiago, if your employee, Mr. Dominic Ford, treats your customers this way, why does he still have a job? Does your dealership encourage disrespect, broken contracts and liars? I thought the Mercedes motto was "The Best or Nothing"? More
They treat you like you are begging I went to this dealership to look at the GLS 450 with a real good idea of what I wanted. I am a Latino women and went to see it with my brother very excited and with a high interest to purchase. The sales man Hector was assigned to show us the vehicle. He acted like he rather be dead, like why I have to bother with these two losers. Anyhow very unfriendly, dismissive and definitely not customer oriented. Anyhow we get a number to get the car out the door of which he allowed me to take a shot ( did not give me an actual copy) so I can discuss w my husband. Next day I sent email and called to ask a question. I was again treated rudely and when I complained about it he told me to work with someone else. I called his manager Clark and provided feedback about my experience and asked him my question. He told me would call me end of day with answer and he never did. Instead Hector called me with the answer. Hector was rude once again. I though I would give it a second chance with another salesman and went with my husband to review the vehicle again. The new guy Anthony did a decent job until at the end when providing me with the number with same deal as first time he told e how the dealer was loosing money with me. Last time I checked they are not an NGO or charitable institutions and I found his attitude very rude. He also told me my car would take 6 months to be made when the other day they said 2 to 4 months. I will not recommend this dealership to no one. If this the attitude to make a sale I can't imagine how they will treat you once the purchase has been made. More

No pressure, no games, just friendly people who seem to really know how to treat a customer the right way. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new or used purchase that wants to have a positive experience - this is the place to go. More
