Service Advisor Anthony Digregorio handled the service write-up and Apologized for the Lengthly wait-time as the Vehicle Wash System was overloaded. Kimberly in "Parts Boutique Department" assisted me with a Remote Key Battery replacement. More
To all out there attempting to make a purchase from To all out there attempting to make a purchase from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando BEWARE!!!....twice I saw a C-300 for sale (for a reasonable price To all out there attempting to make a purchase from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando BEWARE!!!....twice I saw a C-300 for sale (for a reasonable price)....the first was approximately three weeks ago....the first C300 is a 2019 with thirty seven hundred miles....I called via landline and was told by the sales person (a female) the car is available....I went there, met with a sales man, Ivan and, was told they could not find the vehicle...I waited, waited, and waited - approximately thirty minutes later, Ivan gave me a lame excuse he could not find the car in there lot.....eventually he came back again and told me "the car was assigned to the owners daughter and she will drive it for approximately three thousand mile"....then he proceeded to lure me to buy the same model car at a higher price. Today, May 10, 2020, the above mentioned occurred. I saw on there website a 2019 C-300 loaded with all the options I am looking for (VIN #WDDF8D3KR481336) for $30, 888 with ninety seven mile... I called at 12:40 p.m....the phone sales person, Jadia, advised the car is available....I set a appointment to meet Corey Toombs for 18:00....I call back at approximately 17:15 to advice Jadia I would arrive early....she answered and told me...."I was just about to call you to tell you I can't find the car" but have more cars in the lot for $34,0000....I thought, here they go again with this crap....I engaged her with the above mentioned....and I could tell she was agitated....I told her "this has nothing to do with you and this seems to be a scam with Mercedes Benz of South Orlando".....you guys advertised theses cars at lower price then make excuses you can't find it and now your are telling me there are other cars at a higher price....Did you guys realize you made a mistake with the price and the excuse is you can't find the car?.....eventually, I arrive at the dealership with my wife....while we stroll in there lot, a salesman, Mark, identified himself as one of the sales managers....he start with the typical questions "is anyone helping you"?....I told him i was here to look at the C300 I saw on your website and Jadia told me she could not find it....he said "she might be looking in the wrong place and might not know what she is doing....I know how to find it"....I gave him the VIN number, and my phone number....told him "I will be out here looking around and to tex or call me when you locate the car...whilst waiting for Mark, I saw a 2019 A220 being sold to the public at wholesale price....(vin#WDD3G4FB1KW0000376) I called Jadia to ask the price, she refused to tell me the price and never took VIN number....instead, demanded I come inside....by then, it was over for me...I told her...."there are several Mercedes Benz dealers within sixty miles and I will take my business elsewhere. In summary, Mercedes Benz of South Orlando tactics is, advertise one or two cars at a lower price to lure us to the location then make the excuses I mentioned to try a sell us a car at a higher price and, as I write this review, that so called salesman, Mark has not called or texted me back....Thanks Mark and Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. I wish you all the best in your future endeavor. More

I took my Mercedes C 300 because i saw a drop of motor oil on my garage floor and it had a software recall covered by warranty that was going to be taking care off on the same visit. The service assistant service manager Carmelo Nieves Jr told me that there's no leak anywhere that's visible. My car is still under warranty when i went to pick up my car Carmelo tells me he needs to charge me for half an hour of work even though no work was done on my car and it was still under warranty anyways. The amount was $108.00. I called Dominic Ford, he is the General Manager of the dealer and all i wanted was to simply ask him if this is normal to charge me when no work was done and my car was still under warranty. He replied extremely rude by saying and asking me if i work for free in my job and that the Mercedes techs need to get paid. I have been driving Mercedes vehicles for the last 26 years. I told him he had no right to talk to me like that specially after i'm a loyal customer all i wanted was an explanation to my bill. He kept talking over me with the worst and nasty attitude until i had no choice but hanging the phone on him. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MY NEXT MERCEDES BENZ FROM Mercedes of south Millenia AGAIN. More

BEWARE OF THE THIEVES BEWARE OF THE THIEVES. If you are looking to buy a luxury Mercedes this is not the place to purchase. My wife and I purchased a 2018 E-63 S AMG First BEWARE OF THE THIEVES. If you are looking to buy a luxury Mercedes this is not the place to purchase. My wife and I purchased a 2018 E-63 S AMG First Edition pre owned with 6k miles for $105,000.00. The car new was $140,000.00 We have owned the E-63 for a year and it has less than 10k miles on it, still in new condition. Went to trade the car in and was offered $70,000.00. So Mercedes of South Orlando is saying this car in 2 model years with 2020 models just coming out has lost 50% of its MSRP value. When we ask why so low of an offer, I was told by their GM Dominic that it cost them $16,000.00 to certify the car as pre owned. Now I personally own single cars that cost in excess of 300k and it doesn’t cost anywhere near that to certify them for sale. When I spoke to a friend of mine who is a GM for a luxury car brand, he stated the same. I was being fed a line of BS. This dealership is friendly and truly seems to care about you as a customer, but don’t let that fool you. Once they hook you. They will look for anyway they can to make as much money off you as possible through any lie or misleading information they can give you. Dominic the GM at Mercedes of South Orlando even tried to tell me they offered 74k for the car, but luckily the sales manager I was dealing with at the other dealership had the text they sent only offering 70k which he showed me. Again we caught them in more lies. The general manager finally told us if we purchased another car through them that he could do a lot better on the trade. I was trading the car because my 20 year old son wanted something a little sporty more 20 ish for his age. So Dominic had one of his sales guys call me. They knew this was for a 20 year old kid. They sent me the window sticker for a 488 Ferrari that they were asking well over 300k for. I love my son but would not buy him a 300k sports car. As I am sure most parents would not. So why send a car of that caliber to a possible customer for their kid. Are there no honest businesses out there anymore? Are the days of trying to build a relationship with a business a thing of the past? Not that we are better than anyone else but, you would think a car dealership and brand like Mercedes would want to keep a customer like myself. In the last 2 years I have purchased and sold well over 1 million dollars in automobiles. Needless to say I learned my lesson with this one and will never recommend or do business with South Orlando Mercedes again. PS: Don’t purchase their VIP program that they try to upsell you on. It has been a total waste of money. Save yourself the 4k or so they charge for it. More
