My visit with Paul the service advisor was great he was very attentive to my issues with my car. Paul is always an exceptional advisor. The loaner cars are horrible, my car was filthy I cannot believe Merc very attentive to my issues with my car. Paul is always an exceptional advisor. The loaner cars are horrible, my car was filthy I cannot believe Mercedes gave me such a nasty car. Mercedes say they are VIP they need to go back to the drawing board. I had to switch loaner cars three times, the cars did not have gas and were extremely nasty. Mercedes said they are taking extra measures due to Covid 19 to protect customers, that’s not true. More

Never have had as wasteful of an experience as at this dealership. I took my SL for a scheduled service appointment to have a small leak in my tire fixed. After waiting around for an hour, I finally sat d dealership. I took my SL for a scheduled service appointment to have a small leak in my tire fixed. After waiting around for an hour, I finally sat down with a service manager who - in addition to telling my their complimentary car wash sucked and that I shouldn’t bother with it - explained that they don’t repair tires and in general the dealership doesn’t really perform any “repairs” - they only replace OEM parts. I’ve been a customer of Mercedes Benz Manhattan for over a decade (where they once patched a tire that they previously sold me - and also filled all of the tires with nitrogen) and can only say this dealership is a clown show. When I asked for a recommended tire service shop they just looked at me with a blank stare. Also, inside the dealership, the customer lounge seemed to be staffed by a food truck team selling chiceken tacos and home baked goods. Not only was this off brand for MB, but seemed like an unsafe idea during a global pandemic. In fact I question the sanitation of the space without the pandemic. This dealership is a stain on the Mercedes Benz brand. Avoid at all cost. More

Young lady from parts said she needs the VIN, which I provided. Then told me they do not do this and what I wanted was impossible to get. I asked "should I go to Best Buy?" I was told no, that would void my warranty, must go with MB OEM parts, which she then told me I needed to provide my VIN for. Either incompetent or not listening, but left me feeling they have no clue. More
