Terrible customer service. Service dept totally sucks. No social distancing or cleaning going on. I don’t trust them. Manger Tony did not care. I just traded my leased vehicle to Audi and left with a No social distancing or cleaning going on. I don’t trust them. Manger Tony did not care. Long wait to discover that needed parts, thought to be on inventory, were not. Subsequently things changed and I decided to postpones, and maybe cancel the service because of unforeseen events. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. The transaction took some time but it was not unbearable. Wish I had more time to test drive more vehicles but it was late and i was exhausted.
