Recently took my 2014 GL550 in for service after almost a year of not using. The service department completed one service and another that was missed due to the lock down. Our family vehicle was given a bran year of not using. The service department completed one service and another that was missed due to the lock down. Our family vehicle was given a brand new bill of health just in time for the Christmas season so we can visit family and friends in south Fl. Please ask for Keith if you don’t already have a permanent service manager. One of the issue was dead battery from no driving during lock down. I called Keith it was his off day, however he contacted service for me and returned my call with instructions to take it in and see Justin. I was amazed that it was weekend I had no appointment and Justin was able to save my weekend by getting me in and out before noon. Thanks Justin. More

Extremely disappointing experience. After three hour wait my vehicle was still not at a bay. When requested to have my car returned they were unable to find it. Went in for oil change. When we bought car we were told it would be like 200.00. Well this is our first Mercedes and was I shocked when she quoted be 900.00 for plan b. Well we went with plan A and still it would be like 200.00. Well this is our first Mercedes and was I shocked when she quoted be 900.00 for plan b. Well we went with plan A and still 399.00. Not sure what all I got for my money. If someone could call me and exsplain what I paid for that would be nice. And it took over 2 hours. Why???? More
