Had a rather bad experience this visit. I came in for just a oil change and oil filter. When I was greeted by the service advisor Cindy she asked my reasoning for my service so when I told her only a oil just a oil change and oil filter. When I was greeted by the service advisor Cindy she asked my reasoning for my service so when I told her only a oil change and oil filter she claimed it as "service A" when I confirmed with that I only want a oil change she assured me that it's the same as service A when I went to pay for it I had a bill for double the price I expected, she claimed that they topped off all my fluids which was a lie since I just topped off my fluids a couple days before hand. She did end up giving me a discount but put the blame on me for scheduling the wrong service for my car. At the end of it all I ended up paying over $300 for just and oil change, key battery and air in my tires. More
