I will preface this by saying that I am a Mercedes Enthusiast and have owned 9 MB's since 2004. I purchased a used 2018 S550 from MBSO during the plandemic in April of 2020, To get right to the point Enthusiast and have owned 9 MB's since 2004. I purchased a used 2018 S550 from MBSO during the plandemic in April of 2020, To get right to the point, I had nothing but trouble with the car from the start. In the first two months, it was in for service 20 times. I put over 900 miles on the car going back and forth from home to the dealer in two months. Their attention to detail at this store is pathetic. I had my S class returned to me with blue and white markings on the car, absolutely filthy inside, grease marks on the seats and steering wheel, door panel hanging off and so many other issues. They actually damaged my AMG rims and ripped the drivers seat as well. I asked several times if the car was in an accident even though they showed me a carfax that showed NO accidents. After 3 months of problems, I did some research on the car online and found that is was at Millenia Auto Body for two weeks before MBSO had it to sell. I asked about that and they said it was there for prep only. I later found out after purchasing the actual carfax from Carfax that the car was in a pretty severe accident and MBSO omitted that from the carfax that they showed me during the sales process. All of the issues that I was having were related to this accident. When I asked about that, I was completed ignored. Weeks went by and no calls or replies to my calls or emails. After a month of no contact, I decided to trade in the car to a different Benz store and got rid of that S class and bought new. It is my opinion that MBSO knew this car was in an accident, they lied to me and doctored a Carfax to sell the car. Once they were busted, they realized that they lost me as a customer and did nothing to rectify the situation. If you are purchasing a MB in Orlando Florida, it would behoove you to stay away from this store. They have many bad reviews and I wish I would have read them before I purchased but you live and learn. I have conveyed this information to Mercedes Benz of North America, sent them the Carfax that I was given by MBSO and the one from Carfax for them to show how this store is doing business along with a long list of issues with how they serviced and returned my vehicle on numerous occasions. I am sure MBSO will be hearing from soon if they haven't already. I am only giving them 2 Stars because they have a person there, Anum, who is an amazing customer service person but I have a feeling that she will be moving on soon as a person of her caliber will see very quickly what's going on here and leave on her own I imagine. Good luck to MBSO, they are going to need it. I find it hard to believe that these are all real reviews of this store. Why is that...look on Yelp and you will see the real reviews that show this is a terrible place to buy and service your MB. . EIther way, I would love to see MB of NA take this store away from the current owner(s) as they are doing a terrible disservice to the brand! More

With over a year of service, the customer service experience was disappointing. The expectation of luxury automotive is high. The service department was great. Dealing with Tony was awesome. The only complaint is the professionalism of the people at the intake desk. I didn’t catch his name, but it was a younger Black male. When I arrived at the dealership, I was not familiar with the pickup procedures. I asked the young man where are the cars usually picked up and he looked at me as if he was annoyed that I asked him a question. Then he answered me call your advisor that’s why you were assigned one. I know Mercedes can’t be responsible for the ignorance of an employee, but this employee needs training on customer service if he is going to represent such a prestigious brand. Once I got in touch with Tony, Tony ordered my car to be brought to the front. I waited for about 20 minutes, then my car was finally brought to my location. My receipt itemized the work that was done, including a car was. I looked at my vehicle and it appeared it was driven through a sand pit. The vehicle also had oil and fingers prints along the roof where the work was done. I asked this young Black male why was my car so dirty if the receipt states it was washed, he just shrugged his shoulders and stated it is what it is. More
