Clarence, You still have new cars that you do not have, listed on Cars.com and autotrader.com. You also have the cars that I inquired about listed even though you sold one before your representative told me you had it on the lot, and the other was being used as a loaner. These are high end S-Class cars. Each time I wanted to see it you were unable to get the car back on the lot. My suggestion is that if you truly want people to experience a five-star experience then do not misrepresent what you have to sell to get them on the lot, then try to switch them to another car. I understand you currently have few cars to sell but I also believe people will remember how they are treated when the cars are back and they decide where to buy.
