Navin went above and beyond to provide exceptional and personable service. Never pressured, and everything was explained in detail. On top of this, I was in the new car the very next day and Navin even made a personal trip to my home to finish the paperwork. Highly recommended all around! More
If we could give it a 0 star rating we would. We dropped of the car a day early and that seemed to be an inconvenience. At the end of the day we get told they had to order a new tire because somehow it was damaged on their property. My husband was traveling internationally and instead of contacting me since I was the one that called about the car being picked up they reached out to him. Supposed to be ready on Monday by 5. Nada. No phone call no communication; no offer of a rental. Today at 7:30 am we have to initiate communication and the tire still hasn’t arrived at this point. No time of when it was supposed to be done. Just awful communication! The car wasn’t washed when it was supposed to be, there is grease or something on the car and the service advisor has yet to communicate an apology. We still have leather peeling off the seat that we were told was standard and nothing you can do about it. This is a reoccurring thing over there. More
I took my vehicle in for the 50000 mile service. While at the dealership, I took advantage of the free breakfast. I also took advantage of the courtesy ride home.
