You had several weeks to contact me and return my messages of inquiry. You told me that you were ordering the parts YOUR mechanic(s) damaged, that those parts were expected to arrive by that following Wednesday and that your service department would repair the damage your shop caused. You did none of these things! You ignored my telephone calls when I attempted to follow up, and you could not be bothered to return my calls. Clearly, you never ordered the parts or intended to repair the damage you caused! NOW, AFTER I POSTED A REVIEW OF THE EXPERIENCE, YOU SUDDENLY WANT TO DISCUSS THE MATTER?! Suddenly, you offer an impersonal apology? Seriously? I am out of time and unnecessary expenses due to all this nonsense! Where were you when I was calling and leaving messages for several weeks?! You did not want to talk to me then, so WHY NOW? Why should I continue to subject myself further to what I have already experienced? Your service department needs to be investigated and reviewed by Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA). Hopefully, your dealership will soon be placed under a probationary review. I need not explain what the potential outcome could be if that happens. Perhaps that is why you are suddenly so interested in rectifying the situation?
