It is without hesitation that I share my review regarding the Mercedes Benz of South Ms. I can’t begin to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional and personal care given to me by Mr Bil regarding the Mercedes Benz of South Ms. I can’t begin to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional and personal care given to me by Mr Billy Herbert. To begin, I needed service done and was so stressed 😩 because the local Firestone promised to replace my car tire and after four days said it will be 3 more days to replace tire. I immediately called Billy and was reassured MBenz could accommodate me the same day. Billy has always made me feel like family and always delivers above expectations! He is the caliber of person one can only dream of having on their team, but I am honored to visit the MBSM knowing that my car will be serviced by the best! Again please extend my sincere appreciation to Mr Billy Herbert and the MBSM team for reassuring me that my car needs will always be taken cared. I am a retired Military Officer and used to being treated well but Billy has always treated me above reproach. He is the sole reason I’ll always return for future car care needs.
