Wow! What an extremely positive experience I had working with Susan McCormick and her knowledgeable & professional team purchasing a new Mercedes GLS. I’v What an extremely positive experience I had working with Susan McCormick and her knowledgeable & professional team purchasing a new Mercedes GLS. I’ve owned over 50 Mercedes and this was my first time purchasing from Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi, since I live out of state. However, this will definitely now be my “go to” dealership for all my new and used vehicles. It was very refreshing to deal with such an outstanding automotive dealership that exemplifies integrity and makes the car buying process so easy. I highly recommend you contact Susan and her awesome sales team for your next vehicle purchase…you will be very glad you did! More
1. Don’t expect to get a rental if you have an emergency with your vehicle because rentals are made by appointment ONLY and they have to be made 2-3 weeks in advance. 2. Do not expect to get a call back f with your vehicle because rentals are made by appointment ONLY and they have to be made 2-3 weeks in advance. 2. Do not expect to get a call back from service regarding ANY updates on your vehicle for at least a day and a half… 3. Do not call and leave a message for a service advisor, especially Greg Dent, regarding any update on your vehicle because you will not get a call back. 4. Also, if you have a vehicle that is older than a 2010 then the service advisor will tell you they “do not operate or service OLD vehicles and will tell you it will need to go somewhere else.” Lucky for me mine is a 2011 so I guess I’m “lucky” according to Greg. 5. My original issue was never fixed since a code reader could not detect anything but a random re-call for a “brake booster” was fixed, or so he said. 6. Once I got back to my vehicle, I drove to get gas since it was completely empty, and I noticed grease smears all over my leather and dash that was just detailed 4 days prior. It was dirty with random pieces of trash. The back compartment in the trunk was left wide open with random wires sticking out and I took pictures as well. 7. This place was very judgmental and sloppy from the beginning and I do not recommend this dealership at all. More
