yearly service was fine. Issue was I was told that loaner was available and made appointment for evening dropoff. Further, at initial schedule call, response was that my regular service advisor was unavailable, so had to have a different one. At the subsequent service appointment, my regular service advisor was available! So, while service was fine, communication from call-in line was poor and out of touch. . More
