Timely support, ease of loan car, all complete, clean and ready when I arrived to collect. I am thinking this is an unusual experience as my previous ones had been excellent. My car wasn’t even seen in the first day after dropping it off (at 7AM), and I never was notified until I called at previous ones had been excellent. My car wasn’t even seen in the first day after dropping it off (at 7AM), and I never was notified until I called at 5PM. When picking up my car, they pulled it in an area I could not see, and didn’t bother to look for the owner, so I waited a long time not knowing it was ready! When leaving I was carrying three large boxes. I walked past multiple employees and was a little surprised that no one even offered to open my car door or trunk since my hands were full. I was not charged which was an appreciated courtesy. As usual, the staff was professional and friendly. More
