This dealership definitely has a serious problem beyond the repairs on my car. In response to this email, I called the General Manager at the phone number given, but I couldn't get past the automated phone system. Since no extension was given, I couldn't directly get to the General Manager or learn his or her name. I pushed the button for operator, and it went back to the recording. I then pushed the button for sales, and someone answered. I asked for the General Manager, and she said that she would transfer me to his extension. The phone then went back to the original recording, so I hung-up in exasperation. If the General Manager really wanted to "reach out to me", he would have given me his phone extension. My wife drove the car today and told me that the Parking Assist and Parktronic showed inoperative again. Also, there seems to be a problem with the radio volume. Obviously the repairs that were made were not complete. This car needs to be fixed properly and I am not sure that Mercedes-Benz of South Bay is capable of that task. If the General Manager (whomever he may be) thinks that his dealership can do that, then tell him to call me and get me a loan car. I have much more to tell about this experience if he wants to listen, if not then I guess it's off to Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach.
