The customer service at this dealership has been sub par ever since we bought our first car here. During our last visit to get a new SAM coded, the communication from the service technician Brad was non exi ever since we bought our first car here. During our last visit to get a new SAM coded, the communication from the service technician Brad was non existent. We took the car in last week to get the SAM coded. We had to take it back as none of the electrical components in the car were working. The car sat for over 48 hours. Brad never called us. We left several messages and never got any return calls. When we called a third time and asked for Brad’s supervisor, Brad got on the phone. It was as if he had never had a conversation with us about the diagnostics needed. His supervisor April was no help either. We called our long time independent mechanic and he advised us to pick up our car and he would take care of us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I. Had a rattling noise and it was finally diagnosed as being due to broken struts on both front wheels Amilkar and April figured this out and managed to expedite the repair despite several day delays to being due to broken struts on both front wheels Amilkar and April figured this out and managed to expedite the repair despite several day delays to give authorization and coverage for the repair by our warranty company. The necessary work was finally authorized and done after 3-4 days and the rattling noise is gone and the car now drives as well as it first did when purchased in 2016 when I bought the car. Very pleased with April and Amikar’s efforts to expedite this and get the necessary repairs done and covered by the extended warranty. More
