I could not be happier with Hans. My father was recently placed in hospice care, and when we came to visit him, we borrowed his car and needed emergency service, so we had some uniqu My father was recently placed in hospice care, and when we came to visit him, we borrowed his car and needed emergency service, so we had some unique needs, priorities, and requests. Hans was sympathetic and tried very hard to balance the suggestions from the service technicians with our requests. He kept us informed, turned in our smog check to the DMW, and when we found ourselves unable to pick up the car when it was ready, he made special arrangements with Apryl to have our car delivered to our hospice location, even though they weren’t staffed for that right now. Hans went over and beyond the scope of normal service to assist us during this stressful time of need, and his efforts meant the world to us right now! More
We brought the GLS in on March 9th and Amilcar Mejia listened and to the issues, specifically the passenger side window and was able to find and repair the problem. Sprinter Van Mechanics only work Monday thru Friday which is very inconvenient for small business owners.
