Service Rep, Brad, was terrific as were interactions with "appointments" and "car loaner" staff. My only disappointment was a post-service test drive was not done by technicians which necessitated an immedia "appointments" and "car loaner" staff. Unfortunately, due to staffing (?), the new issue will result in me being without my vehicle for an additional week. More

Did not found the root cause of the rear fog light on the right side not working. Also the knocking sound of the car during stopping still can hear it the technician was saying that is normal for that model. right side not working.
