I’m not coming back to this dealership. I’ll go the extra 10 minutes to Santa Monica in the future. There is little to no support in service department upon arrival and everyone is rude. My service person told me I’m not allowed to call her and could only communicate via text message. That made it hard when I had questions about a suggested repair on my vehicle. When I picked up my car nobody was there to explain the 2 suggested repairs. My service agent was at her desk but had a giant “out to lunch” sign sitting in front of her so I had to text her even though I was 20 feet away. When I finally spoke to her she told me I had an oil leak that would cost $1700 to fix but didn’t explain if it was serious, dangerous or something I could wait on. I asked 7 times and I finally said please tell me if it’s dangerous for me to leave?! Finally, she said “no, it’s just that your car is old and seals wear out like rubber bands” - my car has 30k miles on it. All in all, everyone is just so… uninvested and rude for a place that tells you to spend thousands of dollars every time you go there. They don’t even let you book a loaner car online and the shuttle service means they call you a Lyft. (Which is fine I guess but I was shocked to see a booth in the service department to get a loaner when I went there to pay, so frustrating! I spent a lot of money on an MB and at every other dealership you get a Mercedes loaner to drive, or driven home and picked up in a MB) All in all, there are much better dealers close enough by to stop coming to South Bay. More

COMMUNICATION is the key! !! I have been going to Southbay since 2007. Leased 6 cars and purchased 2 cars. All the services are at South Bay. When it comes to the service !! Some advisors are awesome and some are not. Jackie is awesome! She will deliver what she promises. If I can add one complaint, should not wait for 15 to 30 min to pick up the car. Last 3 times, had to wait for awhil for my car, my husband's, and my mom's car. More
