The service here is horrible! Jaclyn Mohl will give you the worst customer service ever when not making a sale. Her demeanor and attitude was disgusting and appaling. I took it in for 1 noise it’s had since I bought the vehicle, I have texts and emails/videos proving that. Once I went back for the 4th time now she’s saying they fixed 3 out of the 4 noises…. It was only one. And again, I have text messages proving that and her indicating the 1 noise was gone when it never was therefore I had to go back for the SAME noise. Now they are saying it was 4 different noises but they got 3/4 down… what??? She clearly is trying to make it seem the issue was resolved when it never was. Her lying like that makes me question if they even ever worked on the vehicle and the integrity/ethics of the employees working at this Mercedes facility. She has the audacity to lie in front of a customers face…. wow. Again, I have everything saved on my phone proving we were only talking about 1 noise here. On top of that, she provided me with “internal information documents”saying I’m not supposed to have them but it’s proof of why they aren’t going to service my car anymore. She advised me to reach out to MBUSA to start a claim for a “buyback” cause they already spent “thousands of dollars on my car”, I guess she was assuming I wasn’t going to follow thru. When I let her know I was to call MBUSA she asked if I could give the internal forms back cause I’m not supposed to have them. She gave them to me to have…. Now cause she knows I’m going to call MBUSA she wants them back, how funny. Too bad, should have thought of that before you broke the rules on purpose, internal info is internal info and you gave that to a customer willingly knowing you shouldn’t have. Again, proves that’s she’s already breaking the rules with Mercedes’ policies. At this point all I have to say is I will never be going back to this South Bay facility or referring anyone ever. Mercedes should re evaluate what employees they have hired on and provide better customer service training for them, maybe audit them too. More
