""Super Service"" is an understatement by this Mercedes team !! Eventhough my GLA is only worth 35K, I'm treated like a V.I.P. ALL the time, from start to finish of service, or other business like leasing team !! Eventhough my GLA is only worth 35K, I'm treated like a V.I.P. ALL the time, from start to finish of service, or other business like leasing / buying a vehicle. This dealership is Honest and Spotless too. Meaning everything is clean, like a museum, including the bathrooms. There's plenty of elbow room for everyone, no crowding as you wait for your vehicle. The entire staff has integrity, like an extended family and feel at home. Your service advisor ( mine is always Amilcar) is like your personal expert, never overcharging for services. Another shout out to my Awesome salesperson, Dough R. whom I trust for all my car lease/buy business. The actual showroom is my favorite spot, since this team is continually showcasing their vehicles. Eye candy for those who love special cars. I just can't say enough kinds words, except I'm treated so well, every single time I go in. This team defnately lives up to the Mercedes Benz culture brought to America in 1952. I have never dealt with a more dishonest service dealership. Namely the service manager, Steve Schimkus. He refused to conduct a thorough diagnosis of my issue in order to prevent having to give me dealership. Namely the service manager, Steve Schimkus. He also consistently lied to prevent replacing parts that his team had forgot to replace on my car and tried to make me pay for them even though I had brought it to the attention to his entire service team multiple times that it was their fault in the past. Take your service elsewhere unless you want to be ripped off. More
