Always provides excellent service. Although, I left my car for service on 8/23, at 8:20 am., and the dealer had ran out of loaner cars. A woman from the company that you are using for the non-dealer loaners was very rude! She took me to the back of the office, where they have desks to assign the loaners. She was helping me, and she started chatting with another of their agents, and when I said “you are helping me she snapped at me and said “I’m helping both of you!” These people are being rude and unprofessional, and the dealer needs to look into that. Moreover, I was put into a white Toyota auto. I believe that if I purchased a brand new MB, just a couple of months ago, and for the last 12 years, I’ve had four leases, that I would be given a MB loaner. Therefore, those are two reasons for which I am unhappy with the dealership, More
