Tech did sloppy job on oil change and it dripped onto my driveway. Took it back, they cleaned the spill on the engine but did not offer to pay for driveway cleaning. I have been dealing with different Mercedes dealers throughout the past 28 years in 3 states. This dealership is so different. It has a lot to offer and the second you go in you feel the difference. Frank Perri is the man I go to every time I have any repair or maintenance needs for my two vehicles. He knows how to satisfy the client and make him come back. The man has very high knowledge of the vehicle's needs and understands how to make the car owner trust the place and relate to it. Walking in the place without having sale's reps running after you trying the old cheap way that every customer hates, make me want to go back for more visits and enjoy the show room freely. I would give that place a 10 out of a ten. I would give Frank Perri 5 stars for his very friendly and professional service all the time. More
