This is the worst customer service experience I ever had for my car. They kept my car for 3 weeks with them and give the insurance adjuster the estimate to fix my car and never give me a loan car even thoug for my car. What company is this. I have a horrible experience, i will never buy a Mercedes for me or my family in the future because they are the worst car company in the world More
I lost one day, because Parts delivery was late, even I have ordered for a drive belt Friday morning, supposed to get one on Monday, but it was Tuesday afternoon. The services works good. Stopped by for my scheduled maintenance -they were attentive, efficient and great service. A little expensive, but I appreciated the trust-worthy service. Our car came in for a "B" service and Pablo the advisor that I normally use took care of the needed service in a timely manner.
