Overall AWFUL service experience from start to end. Service Advisor Linda honored my appointment 20 minutes late with rudeness, carelessness, lack of interest and a rush. I inquired about the the B-Ser Service Advisor Linda honored my appointment 20 minutes late with rudeness, carelessness, lack of interest and a rush. I inquired about the the B-Service with some basic questions and she replied "I don't know?" with a passive laugh and smile. After the passing of several hours I located my vehicle which was already serviced and done but was not told my vehicle was ready if I had not inquired. Linda then shared the "major problems" my vehicle had. Apparently my struts were leaking and a complete strut replacement was recommend, she showed me "photos" she apparently took on her phone which I doubt were from my vehicle, she said I had MAJOR leaking, I saw no leak on photos and asked which struts she was showing me, front/back/left/right and again "I don't know" with a giggle. Aside of other "problems" found on my vehicle I had inquired if she can contact my Extended Warranty insurance to discuss repairs, she responded "they're PROBABLY CLOSED." Disappointed with POOR quality of care and service Linda told me she would contact me Monday morning after talking to Extended Warranty regarding repair coverage, did not hear back Monday so I decided to call her back late Tuesday afternoon and she said "Oh yeah, I called them Monday morning but you need to bring your car back in to get an answer on repair coverage." Why could she not share this on my Saturday appointment? I mentioned I live 1.5 hours away and driving back and forth because her CARELESSNESS was extremely inconvenient. Discouraging experience from returning back to get service at MB South Bay. Between BABY SITTING my assigned service advisor and being told "I don't know" or "Probably" on basic service questions and PAYING for this POOR service makes it clear this is the wrong place to get HONEST and RELIABLE service with basic courtesy clients deserve. More

Cons of the service department, exceedingly busy, needed to leave car for 3 days prior to a diagnostic assessment. Very few loaners -- cannot imagine being without a car for 8 days!! More
Went to get my car diagnostic and they returned my car with damages. Natalie Duncan was rude and unprofessional. Said my car was that way when I took it there which is false. Natalie's manager wasn't any better he falsely said the car was damaged prior to being brought into them. Showed him pictures to prove it was not and he still said it didn't happen there. They were very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. Safe to say I will not be back there and wouldn't recommend anyone go there. More
