I am thinking this is an unusual experience as my previous ones had been excellent. My car wasn’t even seen in the first day after dropping it off (at 7AM), and I never was notified until I called at previous ones had been excellent. When picking up my car, they pulled it in an area I could not see, and didn’t bother to look for the owner, so I waited a long time not knowing it was ready! When leaving I was carrying three large boxes. I walked past multiple employees and was a little surprised that no one even offered to open my car door or trunk since my hands were full. I was not charged which was an appreciated courtesy. As usual, the staff was professional and friendly. More
Big shout out to Wil Silva and his Sales Associate Edward Bacilio! They helped my Spouse and I with the purchase of her new Mercedes GLC 300. I worked with Wil on the price and financing (he is the General Sales Manager) and he was extremely upfront and easy to work with. He had Edward Bacilio drive the GLC to me all the way out here in OC and pick up our trade. Edward was very professional and knowledgeable of the SUV. It's nice to have a Sales Person who is respectful and clean cut! He was on time when he got here and had all the paperwork ready in a neat order to be signed. Can't say enough for both of these guys GREAT service. I highly recommend that you work with them! More

Worst Dealership ever been too I will recommend anyone buying a used car here to look away. Recently bought an 09 Audi R8 from this dealership sales person was Sam Sourial nice guy at the beginning but cl buying a used car here to look away. Recently bought an 09 Audi R8 from this dealership sales person was Sam Sourial nice guy at the beginning but clearly doesn’t care about the customer as soon as he sells a car took my hard earned money 27k downpayment and the car started having problems less than a week from purchase I called him and let him know about these certain concerns I had about the car. He said the car had been gone through and not to worry it is a great car and to keep driving it so I can get use to it. Well turns out the car needs repairs worth about 15k after I took it to a local Audi dealership since Sam was no type of help. I called him and told him why was I sold a vehicle that needed repair. His only answer was I’m a sales guy not mechanic so why did he keep telling me the car was fine just after a few days owning it again the R8 is a completely new car to me and have no knowledge of it made it seem as if I was just over reacting to any little thing. Called multiple times and received no type of help from anyone it is really upsetting how they have turned my dream car into a nightmare. If I have to take this 78K loss to save other people their hard earned money then so be it because apparently there’s nothing that they can do for me again I repeat I haven’t owned this car for 2 weeks and repairs are at 15k so far now the car began to misfire so repair cost will keep adding on. Mercedes Benz Of South Bay should be ashamed for having these type of people working for them who steal hard earned money from customers like me. More

This dealer has obviously developed an expertise in deception. I cannot complain too much about the buying experience EXECPT for the fact they sold me an extended warranty that was not as described. Sold me a car with a faulty motor tried to push the problem onto the extended warranty which I learned had a minimal cap on liability.Its Now been two weeks of dancing and nobody even has the decency to update me on what is happening. Terrible Service Was following a car (2017 c class cabriolet) for a single week but went on vacation for the weekend. The dealer said they would reserve the car for 72 hours if reserved on Friday afternoon for pickup Monday afternoon. Transferred money into checkings account ready to buy car on Monday and wire money in. Received a text on Monday saying they sold the car over the weekend even though it was reserved? Imagine if I had sent the wire over the weekend to be received Monday morning only to receive that text! Extremely poor service and extremely ridiculous they tried to sell me a new 2019 version of the same car which obviously is in a way different price point....sham of a business More
