The customer service at this dealership has been sub par ever since we bought our first car here. During our last visit to get a new SAM coded, the communication from the service technician Brad was non exi ever since we bought our first car here. During our last visit to get a new SAM coded, the communication from the service technician Brad was non existent. We took the car in last week to get the SAM coded. We had to take it back as none of the electrical components in the car were working. The car sat for over 48 hours. Brad never called us. We left several messages and never got any return calls. When we called a third time and asked for Brad’s supervisor, Brad got on the phone. It was as if he had never had a conversation with us about the diagnostics needed. His supervisor April was no help either. We called our long time independent mechanic and he advised us to pick up our car and he would take care of us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I would give the two salesmen with whom we worked 5 stars. The reason for my 3 star rating is the finance department. First, I was offered an extended warranty for one year that I consider too much stars. The reason for my 3 star rating is the finance department. First, I was offered an extended warranty for one year that I consider too much money. Then, after I said no, they said okay, 2 years for that amount. Again I said no. Then 3 years for that amount. I finally accepted on condition that the extended warranty would begin 3 months later, after expiration of my AutoNation warranty. After signing all of the paperwork I discovered that the extended warranty started on the day of the purchase.. And the AutoNation warranty was sort of forgotten. When I finally met with the chief of finance he said the best he could do was to extend the start date of the extended warranty by 30 days..so I ended up with a 30 day AutoNation warranty instead of 90 days. More
