Simonson - BUT - gotta say, Mercedes-Benz of South Bay is by far my DEALER-OF-CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICING MY VEHICLES. I will never go anywhere else! My service advisor, Frank Perri, could/should teach a master-class on Customer Service to every other advisor out there. True - He may be a bit car-crazy but especially when it comes to Mercedes-Benz! If fact, nearly every service visit becomes a mini lesson about my car and the brand itself. I always seem to leave that service bay a little more confident about the quality of the brand, happier about my purchase for certain and definitely always super grateful to my fantastic service advisor (FRANK) who has somehow been able to instill within me his own level of enthusiasm, professionalism, integrity and excellence when it comes to caring for my car. Great experience as always. Brad Parker is our service rep and he always does such a great job and goes above and beyond. We literally took both of our cars on a 1+ hour drive to get them serviced at this rep and he always does such a great job and goes above and beyond. We literally took both of our cars on a 1+ hour drive to get them serviced at this dealership because Brad is such a rock star and always takes care of the vehicles needs in such a timely and expedited way.
