I go to south bay mercedes benz because of the expert advice of service advisor frank perry who is very knowledgeable and knows everything to know about mercedes vehicles. I have 3 vehicles that I servic advice of service advisor frank perry who is very knowledgeable and knows everything to know about mercedes vehicles. I have 3 vehicles that I service there and most of the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the biggest problem I see happening is they DO NOT have loaners and that is quite a disappointment when us consumers need a car to go to work. Why did this start happening recently? Kinda frustrating when we rely on our dealership to take care of its consumers. More

Had a recall on my 2012 ML 350 diesel . Got an appointment right away. Was treated very efficient and friendly from Brad my service person. During the time my car was in service I was kept Got an appointment right away. Was treated very efficient and friendly from Brad my service person. During the time my car was in service I was kept in the loop. The next day when I picked up my car, it was washed. I did not expect my car to receive a wash......I call this excellent service 👏 More
