Excellent service was provided. The facility was clean and my car was completed by the time promised. Only complaint was that snacks were no longer provided as in previous years. The worst car buying experiences I've ever had. We purchased a BMW from Oregon and although I understand shipping to another state takes more time, this purchase took FOUR WEEKS to get done (8 day We purchased a BMW from Oregon and although I understand shipping to another state takes more time, this purchase took FOUR WEEKS to get done (8 days to ship). There was a serious lack of communication amongst the FIVE people we ended up working with, we were always the ones to initiate conversation and ask for updates, we were misinformed on multiple occasions and they had to pull credit three times due to lack of experience on their end. Once the car finally shipped, it took them 7 days to even contact us (again after we contacted them first) to schedule a delivery time, the first person (hired by Mercedes) I spoke with committed to a delivery time and date, then the second who could barely speak english said he was going to delivery the car as 3:45 AM! We were not surprised as the customer service up until that point was awful. More
