I do not normally waste my time with writing reviews, but this one felt warranted. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership with the promise of wheel and tire coverages, 1 year oil change, and free key re this one felt warranted. Lo-and behold. I come in 3 months later for a tire repair (nail) and they state that there is no service package and will do nothing to accomodate. This directly from the mouth of their general Sales Manager, Mr. Hany. My salesman was great, and has done everything in his power to assist me (Ken Bennet), however he has been overruled by an elitist management within the dealership. Mr. Hany was extremely Discourteous, without an ounce of compassion. BE WARNED! Make sure if you do any business with these guys that you get EVERYTHING Documented! Leave no stone unturned. More
