What we loved about Jim was his knowledge, friendliness and patients. Jim spent a great deal of time with us explaining every detail about the vehicle. We really felt very comfortable with him. He worked with us and gave us a fair deal. To this day, I still receive phone calls from Jim asking if I'm happy with the vehicle. I also have to say that the service department has been amazing too. It's very easy to make an appointment and they always accommodate me with a loaner vehicle until my SUV is ready.
