He took care of every detail and taught me things not only about my new car, but even about the lease I was returning! Sandy Fiore has made every service visit a pleasure. Joe Baumgarten has been my service adviser at this dealership since 2007. Previously he was my service adviser at another dealership for approximately 25 years. During that time he always treated me dealership since 2007. Previously he was my service adviser at another dealership for approximately 25 years. During that time he always treated me with respect and went to great lengths to make sure that I was satisfied with the service that I received. Whenever mechanical issues arose, he made sure that the vehicle was repaired quickly and properly. I have on occasion dealt with other service advisers and found that none of them could compare to the service I receive from Joe. When my wife and children have had problems or questions regarding the vehicle, Joe was always there to offer advise and/or help in any way he could. I purchased my first Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Smithtown in 2007. I did so, because I wanted to continue my long relationship with Joe. More

Both my wife Wei and I want to thank Alan so very much for the great service he represents for Mercedes-Benz at Smithtown. We juast closed the a new car deal on June 4th. We carefully shopped around at the intial stage of the purchase, but finally discovered that the best price, best service are simply the clostest to our home. It is just like striking a gold mine in the backyard after all. We are extremely proud that our community has good businesses like the the Mercedes-Benz at Smithtown. The registration with DMV some detailed issues - in a few days Alan and I exchanged a dozen of emails to resolve it. We would never hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz at Smithtown and Mr. Alan Stricoff. The last thing -- gifts after closing the deal. My daughter, Merry, loves the chocolate, and my wife and I loves the wines from the Long Island vineyard, the Horse Rescue brandname, just as much. But most of all we all love Alan, the best salesman I have met on Long Island. I think I will arrange a 30-min lesson with Alan on a Saturday morning in July - I know he will show us the hidden functions/jewles of Mercedes-Benz yet to discover. More
