I had the pleasure of meeting with Alan Stricoff for our first car purchase at MB of Smithtown and it was by far the most amazing experience. Before taking a drive out to MB of Smithtown, I visited the loca first car purchase at MB of Smithtown and it was by far the most amazing experience. Before taking a drive out to MB of Smithtown, I visited the local dealers in my area and was treated as a dollar sign from the moment I walked in… This was not the case at MB of Smithtown. Alan took me out to see the car collection without ever asking about a budget or any down payment. He was more interested in providing the best customer service. After taking a test drive, Alan and I sat down at his desk and were able to shake hands on a price. Two days later, I took the train back to St. James to pick up my car, Alan picked me up at the train station and drove me back to the dealership. After signing all of the paperwork, he took the time to explain every option in the car.
