So after a little give-&-take with expert salesguy Alan Stricoff, who was friendly, knowledgeable & cooperative, we made a deal with my trade-in & a small deposit. Picked it up the next day along with a nice MB canvas goodie bag & even a bottle of wine! And the first new car I've bought in years that came with a FULL tank of gas! And Alan made the process quite painless, & made it possible for me to get into my first Mercedes..............at the age of 62! Thanks Alan & everyone else for your outstanding personal service! BRAVO! More

They walked us through the whole process, start to finish. Peter kept us informed about the building of the vehicle, delivery etc. Everything was exactly as ordered. The other people in the dealership make you feel welcomed and that you are just not another customer. Rick Gonzalez, the product concierge, was great. He spent over an hour with us going through all the features. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would recommend Peter and his dealership to anyone in the market for a new Mercedes. Service not Acceptable Initially loved dealer and salesman, but this past summer had an issue with the ac on a 2013 E350, Serious odor when car started, Took in for servi Initially loved dealer and salesman, but this past summer had an issue with the ac on a 2013 E350, Serious odor when car started, Took in for service and was told not covered under warranty and car had less than 40k miles and was less than 3 years old.....thought it was ridiculous and was upset because I was less than 5 months until leases was up. I made a stink and they agreed to fix at no charge, so I brought in and the kept car a full day and "fixed" it. Three days later the car smelled again and I called service to complain and was told they only sprayed freshener in vents because too costly to fix. Made another fuss and they finally said would do repair, but at that point I just wanted a new car and lease and said I would rather a new car and let's make a deal....well, that did not happen and calls to arrange test drives and set appointment to get into new car went in answered....so in the end, the service department blew the deal of a new lease and I decided to end relationship with Mercedes and went to Lexus, where service has been first class....sad to be treated with such disrespect from Mecedes, I really expected so much more......salesman was great, but service blew any future deals. More

Merry Christmas I was in search of a used 2013, GLK250. I am from Columbus Ohio and was excited to find an amazingly clean with low mileage and great sticker price at I was in search of a used 2013, GLK250. I am from Columbus Ohio and was excited to find an amazingly clean with low mileage and great sticker price at your dealership. Alan was polite and quick to respond to my calls. He even picked me up at the airport when i flew in on a Saturday morning to pick up the car. The tech support was very helpful in explaining all the gadgets on the vehicle before i left. It was a 10 hour ride back home but the car was so comfortable and handled so well, the time flew by. Merry Christmas to my Fiance as this is her Christmas gift. Extraordinary professional experience Just picked up our 2016 GL after long search for vehicle to tow our Airstream travel trailer.
