I have been dealing with Fritz for 9 years now and have always appreciated how detailed and patient he is during the entire lease process. He took the time to sit down and discuss the many different options I had when it came to which car fit within my budget. He got me the best deal I could find with every different option I wanted. Tonight we stopped in and met and talk to the GM Mr Bill Riedel. We also met a new sales consultant Mr.Paul DiMicco. Both men were GREAT to deal with an we are going to work with both gentleman and try to find a car that fits our budget! I would Highly Recommend This Dealership and Paul the Sales Consultant The really did everything they could to earn our business! I leased an E class in October 2016 and leased a C cla The sales team is very good and would work with them as they it was a professional experience. I leased an E class in October 2016 and leased a C class convertible in January 2017. Went in for my first service related issue for an issue created by me, a minor accident, on April 25th. I was ignored and waited for service. While I am waiting, a younger women pulls up in her car and has three people assisting her; I am an older male. Finally a service rep person comes over and was less than nice as if I was bothering him. Explained that I needed a tire and I was informed that I needed to make an appointment in advance. I explained that I made both the appointment and verified with parts that they had the tire in stock. Service rep then begins to take apart the key chain. I asked that he not do this as it is difficult for me to get it back on and I was refuted as he stated it is their policy. Reasonable time later, tire is on and time to pay. I was going to pay cash as it was just under $400 however, with the situation and attitude I had a credit card. Clearly you could see that the service rep was in no mode to walk back with my change. All very strange as I always believe that most people want to help you when explain the issue. My language is always, please, thank you, and I am grateful as people are helping me. I have sent an e-mail to management team that I was disappointed with the service experience in Smithtown and no response from the service management team. All I wanted was a someone to recognize that I had a problem and say sorry for what occurred. Two solutions, send my wife as she is women or go to Huntington for service. I am sure if the owner were in charge this would never have occurred. More

Dismissive Treatment I visited MB of Smithtown to inquire about leasing a new vehicle. Being the weekend I was not dressed as would when I go to the office. The way I was I visited MB of Smithtown to inquire about leasing a new vehicle. Being the weekend I was not dressed as would when I go to the office. The way I was treated was incomprehensible. The salesman Nesto treated us as if we weren't worth his time or energy. Regardless of how someone looks or dresses each potential client should be afforded the same courtesy. Needless to say I will not be purchasing my vehicle there. More
