I have been a Mercedes Benz Smithtown customer for almost 20 years. All interactions with my Service Reps (Rob Picone and Joe Baumgarten) have always been 100% positive. I have used this dealership for years and had the privilege of working with Rob Picone. Since he’s changed positions I have had advisor mark Barcelo. I had a wonderful experience having my car serviced at this dealership for the first time. I was kept informed about the work needed and was impressed with the service overall. My biggest complaint and huge disappointment was picking up my car, after paying for a detailing service, expecting to find my car looking “showroom ready”…..I instead found it parked under a tree covered with pollen and bird droppings. I left a message with the receptionist to have someone call me. To my dismay and disappointment, I have not been contacted. I fully expected the dealership to apologize and offer something to correct the situation, but they have not. I Definitely will never agree to have my car detailed here again…..basically $250 wasted…plus the cost of a car wash!!!! More
